The holder is suitable for 50 mm barbell sleeves. The spherical shape allows the barbell to move freely in all directions.

The barbell has a fixed base that is anchored to the floor. The other end is variable, allowing the barbell to be moved in all directions. This is particularly suitable for rotational movements and yet you can still perform your favorite exercises such as deadlifts, squats or rowing without any problems.
