Punching Ball Premium

Due to the stable spring, the boxing trainer swings back when punches are thrown, simulating enemy attacks. This way, you not only improve your punching and kicking techniques, but also increase your fitness, reflexes and strength at the same time.

Thanks to the 4 height settings, the standing punching ball is suitable for adults and young people.

The foot can be filled with sand or water and guarantees high stability. The suction cups prevent slipping on slippery surfaces.

  • Strong steel spring

    The punching ball has a strong and durable spring on the underside of the shaft. The bar springs so that the punching ball swings back. Perfect for quick left-right combinations and technique exercises.

  • Firm stand

    The fillable base and suction cups provide a firm and secure hold when striking. This prevents slipping during strong blows and on slippery surfaces. Easy to lift and transport thanks to the external handles.

  • Height adjustable

    The punching ball can be adjusted to 4 different heights between 140-160 cm. The bar is equipped with a foam to prevent injuries. The bulb can be easily adjusted to any body size.
